  • Prepare analysis for HR budget, monitor its development, identify risk on the cost side
  • Design and develop HR applications
  • Administrate the company HR reporting application
  • Modification and improvement of the existing compensation system (salary structure)
Requirements:
  • University degree
  • minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience (HR – compensation/benefits focus or controlling)
  • Experience with position evaluation of advantage
  • Experienced in working with variable remuneration for different position categories of advantage
  • Fluent Slovak and English is a must
  • Knowledge of HAY of advantage
  • Analytical skills, systematic approach
  • Likes working with numbers, systems, has strong analytical mind
  • Team-work orientation
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel) is a must

Business Consultant Health Sector

Our client, an international medical consultancy, focused mainly on strategic consulting, process optimization and improvement, decided to expand into Hungary and therefore is looking for its first colleague. The key sector for the client is healthcare (pharmaceutical, social and health insurance and hospitals).
 
Among his / her initial tasks will be to coordinate the market entry and to develop business locally based on the excellent international references. The plan is to open a Hungarian branch and to transfer step by step the strong international Know-How.
 
It is important that the Business Consultant comes from the health sector (pharma, health insurance or hospital), knows the industry rules and logic and has a wide network of contacts with the opinion leaders.
 
We are looking for a strong business developer who understands the consulting business and apart from the successful selling of the company services will be able to help actively in the consultancy projects delivery.
 
International experience in the pharma sector is of big advantage. In general, we are looking for a senior manager on top managment level, former General Manager with business development and business optimizing skills and ability to work in international teams / environment. The nationality of the Business Consultant is not as important as the Hungarian health sector knowledge.
 
Summary of requirements:
  • Experience in commercial role inside the pharma, health insurance, hospital, health sector consultancy in Hungary is a must,
  • Knowledge of the local healthcare business model (financing, structure, distribution model, reimbursement),
  • Knowledge of all partners in the health sector and access to opinion leaders,
  • Experience in strategy and / or organizational projects with the pharmaceutical industry,
  • Business development focus,
  • Hands on, somebody, who is able to work without a big company infrastructure,
  • Consulting, customer focused mind,
  • Very good English or German is a must.
